I will be living in Bangkok, Thailand for six months to work with GAATW, the Global Alliance Against Traffic in Women. I'm very excited and ready to immerse myself in this journey ahead! Dear Reader, my name is Giulia Gagliano-Tsuda and I'm currently wrapping up my Political Science and Gender Studies degree at UVic. Hello! My name is Keiran Ellis and I am completing my BA in Political Science and Philosophy at The University of Victoria. I am beyond excited to be spending six months in Jakarta, Indonesia, working for the Center for Indonesian Policy Studies (CIPS). The organization seeks to create evidence-based policy reforms to strengthen Indonesian economic and social wellbeing. Hi, my name is Rowan. As of June 1st I will have completed the coursework for my Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. The very next day, June 2nd, I will be heading off to Northwest Thailand to teach English with the Karenni people. I am absolutely stoked for this upcoming experience! Growing up in a nation of Spruce and Pine, where my neighbours were flowers, birds and mountains, how could one not fall in love with nature. I can typically be found with my head in the stars, feet atop a peak or appreciating the wondrous diversity of life, well gazing at the morphology of the tiniest of flowers.

I'm Russell Chiong, a law student finishing up my time at UVic. This fall, I will be working with CityNet-Plus Arts in Kobe, Japan. I will be posting on this blog with updates during the term.
