Day 2015-09-09

In my first blog I reflect on how the “livability ranking” of Dhaka rests on privileged assumptions about what a city should be. Comparing this with my experience in Dhaka, I argue for a critical ontology of the city that reaffirms and celebrates the life that sustains the city, instead of criticizing it for the challenges it presents.
